Brisbane plumber

Brisbane plumber. Water going the wrong way?

Burst, blocked, or no hot. Pick a door, leave your mobile. We ring you.

Flick, Beacon Plumbing’s lighthouse mascot, wrench ready

It’s an emergency

Burst, overflowing, sewage, no water. Shut it off if you can, then the coral button.

Call now

It’s a job for today

Blocked drain, hot water dying, camera, reline. Daylight jobs. Not 2am energy.

Same-day job

Leave your mobile. We ring you.

Coral = now / first thing. Lime = a same-day window. Three fields.

We’ll ring this number.

That’s Flick on the coral door. Same coral button, every page.

What we fix

Or skip the list — if water’s going somewhere rude, tap Call now.

What we do — and what we don’t (yet)

Emergency, blocked drains, hot water, CCTV, relining. That’s the five doors.

Not gas fitting. Not roof. Not a bathroom reno. A dripping tap is a same-day job, not a new door.

Gas smell: leave the house, call 000 / the gas network, then us. A website form is not a gas emergency.

Call now. Name, mobile, what’s broken.

We call you back, quote on site, then start. No chat widget. No “learn more”.

Call now

We’ll ring this mobile.

After you tap Call now

  1. You leave a mobile. That’s how we reach you.
  2. We ask on the phone. Which fixtures, is the water off, is sewage involved.
  3. A plumber on site. Time window on that call — not a fake city-wide 60-minute badge.
  4. Quote before tools. Good / better / best after we see it.

On the phone we ask what the house is. A Queenslander — raised timber, older clay laterals under the floor — is not a modern slab. Access is different. What we look for is different. We’ll say which opening once we know.

Where we work

Greater Brisbane. Houses and units. Tap Call now with your suburb — we’ll say if you’re in range.

How we charge

Quote on site, before tools. No public price book. No fake $0 call-out. Indicative 2026 ranges on drains, CCTV and relining live on those pages and are third-party ballparks — not our book.

Questions people actually ask

Are you a Brisbane plumber?

Yes. Beacon Plumbing. Emergency, drains, hot water, CCTV, relining.

Do you work after hours?

The emergency page is built for that. We’ll tell you on the phone if we can come now or first thing. We will not fake a 24/7 roster.

What’s the number?

Not public yet. Call now still works — leave your mobile.

Got reviews?

Not yet. When we’ve done the jobs, they’ll live on this page. No fake stars.

How much does a plumber cost?

Quoted on site. Indicative 2026 ranges on drains, CCTV and relining are third-party ballparks, not our book.

Who’s the lighthouse?

Flick. Coral stripes, lime lantern, wrench. He’s the mascot — not a licence, not a review, not a promise we can be everywhere in 60 minutes.

Are you licensed and insured?

We’ll put the Queensland licence on this page when it’s issued. Insurance sits on the quote. No invented number, no invented policy.

Do you work houses and units?

Yes. Greater Brisbane, houses and units. Tell us the suburb on the call — we’ll say if you’re in range.

Do you charge by the hour?

No public hourly rate, and no public book. We quote on site before tools. Third-party, not Beacon: What’s The Damage (Aug 2026) puts typical Brisbane plumber hourly around $80–$200, often about $120. That is not our rate.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

No fake $0 call-out. We quote before tools. Third-party, not Beacon: What’s The Damage (Aug 2026) lists typical Brisbane call-outs around $60–$120 in ordinary hours. Emergency visits are a different conversation — see the emergency page.

Do you do gas, leak detection, or pre-purchase inspections?

Gas fitting is not on this van until we are licensed for it. Gas smell: leave, call 000 / the gas network, then us. Leak detection (wet slab, no blocked drain) is not this van — say that on the call. Pre-purchase is a CCTV visit: the CCTV drain inspection page.

Is a leaking tap an emergency?

No. A dripping tap is a same-day job — lime door, not coral. Spraying water, a wet ceiling, sewage in the house, or no water to the house: that’s the emergency page.
